Current Status of Temporary Fueling Sites

Fuel was provided in the following municipalities over four days between May 2 and 8.
(1) Minamisanriku Town, Miyagi: 59 police vehicles/fire engines
(2) Onagawa Town, Miyagi: 17 police vehicles/fire engines
(3) Iitate Village, Fukushima: 4 emergency vehicles
(Note) Refueling will be continuously implemented from tomorrow in the above mentioned municipalities.

Temporary fueling sites were established and provided fuel to a total of approx. 9,700 vehicles over 43 days (from March 27 to May 8) in 9 municipalities*.
*Iwate Prefecture: Kamaishi City, Rikuzentakata City and Otsuchi Town
Miyagi Prefecture: Ishinomaki City, Higashimatsushima City, Onagawa Town and Minamisanriku Town
Fukushima Prefecture: Shinchi Town and Iitate Village
