Policy Evaluation: Perspectives and Issues
- Interim Reports by Study Group on Policy Evaluation -

Study group on policy evaluation, consisting of seven experts from related areas, and the division staffs have studied preceding cases of policy evaluation in some of OECD member countries and local governments in Japan.

The main purposes of the study are to design a policy evaluation system within the administration and to develop specific evaluation methods for evaluation. The group published an interim report in September 1998.
