The Asia Open Source Software Symposium 2003
The Asia Open Source Software Symposium 2003
was held from the March 4 to 6 in Phuket, Thailand. Participants
eager to develop their own software technology gathered from various
areas in Asia. They discussed many issues concerning open source
software and shared knowledge. The symposium also reached agreement
on a joint statement, released as the Phuket Statement.
