Following the announcement of Prime Minister Abe's initiative called "Cool Earth 50" in which he proposed to reduce green house gases with the motto of " 1 person, 1 day, 1kg of CO2 emissions reduction," the Team -6% Committee set up a special website called "Go for it! Let's reduce CO2 emissions by 1kg per day per person" on its homepage to encourage people to submit a declaration of challenge. METI also began a campaign to support this effort with an eye to encouraging a wide response for the effort. In response to our call for support to campaign, three new companies offered sponsorship. We look forward to hearing from companies that wish to support the campaign.
