We have decided to continue on and after April 1 the “navigation dial for SME phone consultations,” which has been in service since March 1 to address fiscal year-end consultation needs. If you need to consult us, just dial 0570-064-350 from any part of the country.
Please also be notified that public financial institutions are available for phone consultations for longer hours.
Period extended for “navigation dial for SME phone consultations”
April 1 onwards, between 9:00 and 17:30 (including Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays)

Regional Bureaus of Economy, Trade and Industry; public financial institutions*; and SME- dedicated agencies (JETRO; rescue organizations for subcontractors; Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation; counter for comprehensive support on intellectual property; chambers of commerce and industry; societies of commerce and industry; National Federation of Small Business Associations, etc.).

＊Please also be informed that on financial needs you can consult the contact staff over the phone at each of the public financial institutions (given below) for longer hours, including on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Call 9:00 through 19:00 on weekdays, or 9:00 through 17:00 on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
