1. Fuel was provided in the following municipalities on April 3.

   (1) Otsuchi Town, Iwate: 319 vehicles for people affected by the earthquake

   (2) Minamisanriku Town, Miyagi: 15 police vehicles/fire engines and vehicles for volunteer workers

   (3) Onagawa Town, Miyagi: 4 police vehicles/fire engines

   (4) Iitate Village, Fukushima: 1 police vehicle/fire engine

   (5) Shinchi Town, Fukushima: 8 police vehicles/fire engines

   (Note) Refueling will be continuously implemented from tomorrow in (1), (2) (3), and (4) of the above mentioned municipalities.

2. Temporary fueling sites were established and provided fuel to a total of 4,500 vehicles over 8 days (from March 27 to April 3), in 9 municipalities*.

   *Iwate Prefecture: Kamaishi City, Rikuzentakata City and Otsuchi Town
   Miyagi Prefecture: Ishinomaki City, Higashimatsushima City, Onagawa Town and Minamisanriku Town
   Fukushima Prefecture: Shinchi Town and Iitate Village
