"FY 2011 Measures to Promote Manufacturing Technology" (White Paper on Monodzukuri) Approved by the Cabinet

"FY 2011 Measures to Promote Manufacturing Technology" is a report on measures that the government took to promote manufacturing technology. It was compiled pursuant to Article 8 of the Basic Law on the Promotion of Manufacturing Technology (Law No. 2 of 1999).

Just like last year’s, this report was jointly prepared by three ministries—the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology—and approved by the Cabinet on June 5, 2012.
