Announcement of the Winners of Green IT Awards 2012

METI commenced the Green IT Award program in FY2008, which recognizes excellent energy conservation equipment and efforts with the aim of accelerating the Green IT Initiative, which focuses on "savings in IT-related energy consumption" and "energy conservation through the use of IT."

Its review board strictly examined applications and selected winners of the Green IT Awards 2012, including the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI Minister) Award and the Commerce and Information Policy Bureau Director-General Award.

1. Winners of the Green IT Award 2012

(2) Energy Conservation through the Use of IT
