Authorization of Modification to the Business Restructuring Plan of Uni Carriers Corporation, TCM Co., Ltd., and Nissan Forklift Co., Ltd. under the Act on Special Measures for Industrial Revitalization and Innovation
On March 26, 2013, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) approved a request submitted by Uni Carriers Corporation, TCM Co., Ltd., and Nissan Forklift Co., Ltd. to modify the business restructuring plan that METI had previously authorized on June 22, 2012.
1. Authorization of changes to the business restructuring plan
On March 29, 2013, METI approved a request submitted by Uni Carriers Corporation, TCM Co., Ltd., and Nissan Forklift Co., Ltd. to modify the business restructuring plan that METI had previously authorized, pursuant to Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Special Measures for Industrial Revitalization and Innovation.
