In FY 2012, 8,470 consumer counseling cases were accepted, showing a large decrease of 14.3% from the previous fiscal year.
-
There were 4,285 counseling cases related to the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, accounting for 50.6% (about half) of all cases, but showing a decrease of 9.5% from the previous fiscal year.
In addition, there were 1,016 counseling cases related to installment sales, accounting for 12.0% of all cases and showing a decrease of 10.3% from the previous fiscal year.
