Winner of Japan Healthcare Business Contest 2016 Grand Prix Selected- The first Grand Prix goes to Remote Medical Care and Health Consultation Service, Pocket Doctor, by MRT Inc. -

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) held a business contest which supports companies and individuals making bold efforts to create new businesses in order to discover and develop leaders for the next generation of the healthcare industry.
METI announces that, with the completion of the final presentations by the five finalists who passed the preliminary examination, the winner of the Grand Prix has been selected.

Japan Healthcare Business Contest 2016

Under the theme of “Next Generation Healthcare Industry Launched”, METI collected business plans in advance, and five finalists were selected out of 54 applicants through a process of document screenings and interviews. The finalists gave their final public presentations, and the examiners selected the winner of the Grand Prix through fair reviews.
The winner of the Grand Prix and the other finalists are eligible to receive support from support companies for commercialization and expansion of their businesses.
