- Ministers responsible for Growth Strategy from APEC’s 21 member economies or other appropriate government representatives;
- Representatives from international institutions; and
- Other eminent persons from business and academia.
- 4. Outline
- The APEC Growth Strategy High-Level Policy Round Table is a meeting for each economy’s minister responsible for their domestic growth strategy, representatives of international institutions, and other eminent persons from business and academia to meet in one place and review in concrete terms the Growth Strategy for the Asia-Pacific region, the world’s growth center. This marks the first time in APEC’s history that such a meeting is to be held on the theme of growth. The results of this meeting’s discussion will form an important pillar of the Leader’s Declaration to be issued this November in Yokohama.
