The 2011 Report on Compliance by Major Trading Partners with Trade Agreements - WTO, FTA/EPAs, BITs-has been adopted on April by the Subcommittee on Unfair Trade Policies and Measures (Chairman: Kazunori Ishiguro, Professor of Graduate Schools for Law and Politics) of the Industrial Structure Council.
In response to the report, METI has released "METI Priorities on WTO Inconsistent Foreign Trade Policies" ("METI Priorities"), containing items and related actions deemed to be of a high priority in implementing future trade policies.
