Application procedures for Technical Catalogue proposals and Workshop for Machine/Equipment Development for Fuel Debris Removal Preparation at TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant
With regard to the R&D project of the development of remote-controlled equipment and devices for the removal of fuel debris on the decommissioning of TEPCO's Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant Units 1-4, a consortium which is composed of Toshiba, Hitach-GE, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industry, is adopted as a conductor of the project.
Now we would like to inform of a public offering of applicable technologies through disclosing specifications of technical needs by the conductor, in order to gather international expertises and in order to accomplish the removal of fuel debris within ten years by dealing with many technical difficulties.
