Japan Healthcare Business Contest 2018 to be Held

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) has been conducting the Japan Healthcare Business Contest program to establish a foundation that will encourage sustainable growth of the healthcare business. In particular, this business contest aims to recognize outstanding companies and entities taking on solutions to social challenges in the field of healthcare so as to raise social awareness thereof, and also aims to encourage such outstanding companies in facilitating their self-sustaining growth through business matching between such outstanding companies and other businesses.

METI will hold the third iteration of the Japan Healthcare Business Contest 2018 on January 18 (Thur.), 2018.

The 2018 contest will be jointly held with the Data Health and Prevention Service Fair 2017 organized by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW).
