Interactive Experience-based Fair of Smart Agricultural Technology to be Held

In collaboration with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), the Foundation for the Promotion of the Fukushima Innovation Coast Scheme and the government of Fukushima Prefecture will hold an Interactive Experience-based Fair of Smart Agricultural Technology. The fair will target workers engaged in the agricultural industry, organizations and associations related to the industry, students who are interested in working in the industry and others in the Hama-Dori area, a target district of the Fukushima Innovation Coast Scheme, and will provide them with an opportunity to attend seminars on case examples of successful efforts inside and outside the prefecture and to see and interact with advanced agricultural technologies and enrich their experience.

    1. Topic: Development of smart agriculture

    2. Topic: Establishment of a company consisting of seven farming organizations and implementation of smart agriculture

    3. Topic: Efforts for establishment of a production center which serves as an integration model for food processing businesses taking advantage of IoT
