Winners of the Fifth National Championship of Business Startup Schools Determined

The Small and Medium Enterprise Agency

On February 14, 2019, attended by Mr. Hirofumi Takinami, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency (SMEA) held the Fifth National Championship of Business Startup Schools. This championship aims to honor the most outstanding business plans among those that have been nominated by certified Business Startup Schools across Japan or selected as a delegation plan in a series of regional business plan contests, which are collectively termed “collaborative contests.”

After the presentation examination of 10 finalists as representatives of certified Business Startup Schools across Japan, the SMEA determined one winner for the METI Minister’s Award and four winners for the SMEA Commissioner’s Awards.
