Japanese mid-ranking companies are expected to play core roles as promising leaders of regional economies. The government of Japan needs to effectively take support measures for mid-ranking companies in order to further develop regional economies in Japan.
Aiming to fortify collaboration of the Cabinet Office and other ministries responsible for supporting such companies, and to accelerate related efforts, the Conference of the Cabinet Office and Other Ministries Responsible for Measures for Mid-ranking Companies held discussions at the Prime Minister’s Office under the chairmanship of Mr. Yasutoshi Nishimura, Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary.
