Results of the Fact-finding Survey Targeting People Engaging in Film Production Compiled
- An effort for further development of human resources in the future film industry -

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) hereby announces that it compiled a report on the results of the Fact-finding Survey, which was conducted targeting people engaging in film production and aimed at ensuring further development of the film industry over the next 20 to 30 years, an industry with mass appeal and in which workers can follow their dreams.
1. Targets of the survey

Survey targeting creators: Producers; directors; workers belonging to the following departments: production, arrangement, filming, lighting, recording, art, decoration, costumes, hair and make-up, script supervision and note-taking, editing, special machinery, vehicles, movie still photography, audio production and audio suite; studio staff; and workers belonging to the department of computer graphics interface (CGI) or visual effects (VFX).
