Briefing Session on the current status of Multi-nuclide removal equipment (ALPS) treated water was held on the 28th of October, 2020.
On Wednesday, the 28th of October, the Government of Japan organized a briefing session at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the current status of Multi-nuclide removal equipment (ALPS) treated water at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (FDNPS) for all diplomatic missions in Tokyo.In the session, the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy explained the current status of ALPS treated water and the outcomes of the Team for Contaminated Water and Decommissioning Issues held on October 23th, which was followed by Q&A session.
The Government of Japan continues to explain the situation of the FDNPS to the international community in a transparent manner in close collaboration among all the related Ministries and Agencies.
