Details of Efforts by Digital Transformation Certified Companies, and Logo for Certified Companies Released

1. Release of the application forms by DX-certified operators

The DX Certification is based on the Act on Facilitation of Information Processing. The national certification initiative certifies companies that are recognized as ready to promote digital transformation, and meet the basic requirements specified in the "Digital Governance Code." This is a document that summarizes what action business managers are required to take to accommodate how society is being transformed by digital technology. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) has certified a total of 69 business operators to date. Today, the application forms submitted by the certified operators were made public on the "DX Promotion Portal." There are many examples showing how certified operators prepared to promote digital transformation. Please follow the link below for useful examples.

2. DX Certification logo

METI has created a logo to enable operators certified under this initiative to advertise the fact that they are DX certified operators through their websites, business cards, and other media. The following Terms and Conditions must be observed when using the logo. In addition, companies, organizations, etc. or media agencies other than certified operators can also use the logo, as long as they do so only for applications that will help the DX Certification spread (e.g., public relations activities). When doing so, they must first obtain advance permission to use it in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
