The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) is promoting "health and productivity management," whereby companies think about employees' health and productivity management from a business-management perspective, and address it strategically. In addition to maintaining and improving employees' health, health and productivity management can be expected to improve labor productivity and work engagement, enhance the attractiveness of the workplace, increase the profitability and value of the company, and improve its reputation in the society.

In order to visually show how each company is working on health and productivity management, the evaluation summaries (feedback sheets) based on the responses to the FY2020 Survey on Health and Productivity Management have been released for the 48 companies selected as top runners under the "2021 Health & Productivity Stock Selection" program.
