St. Petersburg International Economic Forum's Japan-Russia Business Dialogue Held

On June 5 (Sat.), the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum's Japan-Russia Business Dialogue was held. Mr. Kajiyama Hiroshi, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry and Minister for Economic Cooperation with Russia, attended the dialogue from METI and delivered a video message.
A Japan-Russia Business Dialogue organized by the Japan Association for Trade with Russia and NIS (ROTOBO), the Russian-Japanese Business Council, and Business Russia was held within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Representing the Japanese government, Minister Kajiyama delivered a speech via a video message. Minister Kajiyama said that the government intends to advance concrete measures for cooperation between Russia and Japan in the fields of health care, energy and digital technology. H.E. Mr. Reshetnikov, Russian Minister of Economic Development and Special Representative for Trade and Economic Cooperation with Japan also delivered a speech via a video message, and business representatives from both Japan and Russia had lively discussions.
