SCRI x J-Bridge Tie-Up Event To be Held

- Supply chains in the digital age to be built in collaboration with overseas companies -

November 12, 2021

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) will collaborate with the governments of Australia and India to hold the "SCRI x J-Bridge Tie-up Event: Supply chains in the digital age to be build in collaboration with overseas companies" as a tie-up project between the Supply Chain Resilience Initiative (SCRI) launched at the Australia India Japan Economic Ministers' Meeting in April 2021 and J Bridge, a business platform to promote open innovation between Japanese companies and overseas start-up companies.

In this event, discussions will be held on how supply chains are changing with Digital Transformation (DX) and how companies should respond to such changes, based on the content of the Japan Australia India Economic Ministers' Meeting and the "Survey toward Supply Chain Resilience all over Asia” conducted by METI. At the company introduction session, the presenters will be Australian, Indian, and Japanese companies, who provide latest solutions and business models that contribute to supply chain visualization and optimization, and who are looking for collaboration partners, investors, and clients for their solutions. In the panel discussion, pioneering companies in supply chain resilience will take the rostrum and discuss how companies can achieve supply chain resilience based on their successful experience. Finally, business promotion organizations of Australia, India, and Japan will introduce their support for supply chain resilience and business matching with overseas companies.
