Parliamentary Vice-Minister Yoshida Delivers Guest Speech at a Business Leaders’ Summit Hosted by the Basque Government of the Kingdom of Spain

On Monday, October 16, Mr. Yoshida Nobuhiro, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, attended a Business Leaders’ Summit hosted by the Basque Government of the Kingdom of Spain. He delivered a guest speech at the Summit and exchanged views with Hon. Mr. Iñigo Urkullu, President of the Basque Government of the Kingdom of Spain.

On Monday, October 16, a Business Leaders’ Summit hosted by the Basque Government , was held in Tokyo. Mr. Yoshida Nobuhiro, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, attended the Summit to deliver a guest speech. In his speech, State Minister Yoshida mentioned the progress of cooperation between Basque and Japanese companies in the fields of offshore wind power and hydrogen, and expressed his hope for stronger cooperation in the future. In an exchange of views, State Minister Yoshida and President of the Basque Government Urkullu confirmed the need for renewable energy and hydrogen initiatives toward carbon neutrality.
