Minister Saito Receives a Courtesy Call from Japan-U.S. Business Council

On Thursday, January 25, 2024, Minister Saito received a courtesy call from a JUBC mission led by Chairman Sawada.

During the courtesy call, Chairman Sawada directly handed to Minister Saito the joint statement from the 60th Japan-U.S. Business Conference held in Tokyo in October 2023. JUBC members explained the details of the conference, the joint statement, and other activities.

In addition, exchanging views on the importance of Japan-U.S. collaboration between private companies, including the Japan-U.S. Business Conference, the two sides confirmed that they  will continue to strengthen Japan-U.S. collaboration in both the government and private sectors.
