Minister Saito Holds Meeting with H.E. Mr. Carlos Cuerpo, Minister of Economy, Trade and Enterprise of the Kingdom of Spain

On Friday, July 5, 2024, Mr. Saito Ken, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Carlos Cuerpo, Minister of Economy, Trade and Enterprise of the Kingdom of Spain. Both sides exchanged opinions on promotion of bilateral cooperation, mainly in the energy sector, and economic security.
Minister Saito welcomed Mr. Cuerpo, Spanish Minister of Economy, Trade and Enterprise, who was visiting Japan to attend the Spain-Japan Business Summit. During the meeting, they exchanged views on promoting bilateral cooperation mainly in the energy sector, and economic security. They also confirmed to work closely for the success of the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
