Parliamentary Vice-Minister Ishii Receives Courtesy Call from H.R.H. Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Sultan Al-Saud, Chairman of Saudi eSports Federation

Parliamentary Vice-Minister Ishii showed his intention to firmly engage in bilateral cooperation in the fields of gaming and esports, with the timeline of upcoming events for the two countries—EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Saudi Arabia, the Olympic Esports Games, the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026, and the Riyadh Expo 2030—being taken into consideration. Chairman Faisal responded by telling his counterpart that he would like to make the most of the opportunities between the two countries to expand interaction between their people and companies.
