State Minister Ogushi Receives a Courtesy Call from Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham of the State of New Mexico and Governor Mark Gordon of the State of Wyoming, United States of America

On Thursday, April 24, Mr. Ogushi Masaki, State Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, received a courtesy call from the Honorable Michelle Lujan Grisham, Governor of the State of New Mexico, and the Honorable Mark Gordon, Governor of the State of Wyoming. They exchanged views on topics including economic relations between Japan and both states, as well as with the United States.
During the meeting, confirming the importance of Japanese companies operating in both states, including energy projects involving Japanese companies, they exchanged views on the possibility of further cooperation and Japan-U.S. economic relations. In addition, State minister Ogushi also conveyed his views on the tariff measures by the U.S. federal government.
