State Minister Ogushi Attends the Abu Dhabi-Japan Economic Council (ADJEC)

On Friday, May 9, Mr. Ogushi Masaki, State Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, attended the 11th Abu Dhabi-Japan Economic Council, which was held between the Japan Cooperation Center for the Middle East (JCCME) and the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development of the United Arab Emirates, and delivered a guest speech.
In his speech, State Minister Ogushi noted the growing presence of Abu Dhabi as a global business hub and referred mainly to further bilateral cooperation in advanced technologies and other areas as well as ongoing collaboration in energy. Furthermore, he expressed his hope that Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, will be an opportunity to encourage further business networking and cooperative projects and remarked on the long-serving role of ADJEC as a platform of cooperation between Japan and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
