On Tuesday, June 3, Mr. Kato Akiyoshi, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, held a meeting with Mr. Mohammed Al-Amour, Minister of National Economy of Palestine, to exchange views on economic relations between Japan and Palestine.

Parliamentary Vice-Minister Kato welcomed the first visit to Japan of Mr. Mohammed Al-Amour, Minister of National Economy of Palestine, in conjunction with an event to mark Palestine’s National Day that was held at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views towards further deepening economic relations between Japan and Palestine.
