Parade to be Held on Japan Day at the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan

The currently ongoing Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, will welcome the holding of a parade to take place on Thursday, July 3.

For Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, Thursday, July 3 has been designated as Japan Day—Japan’s National Day. On this day, a parade will take place at the venue in addition to the official ceremony and events.

The parade will feature a lineup of popular characters, including MYAKU-MYAKU, the official character of the Expo; Hello Kitty from Sanrio Company, Ltd., a special supporter of the Expo; Kumamon; Mozuyan; and Hikonyan. Accompanied by a drum performance of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) Middle Army Band, performers from other Japan Day events will also march through the venue, marking the occasion with a grand celebration. No advance reservations are required, so we warmly invite everyone to come and enjoy this spectacular parade.
