State Minister Ogushi Holds Meeting with H.E. Mr. Kudratov Laziz Shavkatovich, Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On Friday, August 15, Mr. Ogushi Masaki, State Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Kudratov Laziz Shavkatovich, Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to exchange views on bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy and energy.

State Minister Ogushi welcomed the visit to Japan of H.E. Mr. Kudratov Laziz Shavkatovich, Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in conjunction with the event to mark Uzbekistan’s National Day held at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai. Both sides exchanged views on bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy and energy, particularly focusing on the energy transition. They affirmed their commitment to further cooperation in conducting mutually beneficial projects and to make efforts to deepen bilateral economic relations.
