Parliamentary Vice-Minister Komori Receives a Courtesy Call from H.E. Mr. Faisal Akef Methqal El-Fayez, President of the Senate of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

On Wednesday, November 26, Mr. Komori Takuo, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Faisal Akef Methqal El-Fayez, President of the Senate of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. They exchanged views on various topics including support for Japanese companies operating in Jordan.
Both sides welcomed the agreement achieved at the Japan-Jordan Summit Working Dinner held this month to establish a public-private joint committee to enhance the business environment and promote investment in Jordan. They also exchanged views on a variety of topics including support for the activities of Japanese companies operating in Jordan and the potential for collaboration between companies towards economic reconstruction and development of the countries surrounding Jordan, such as the Syrian Arab Republic, Palestine, and the Republic of Iraq.
