State Minister Yamada Receives a Courtesy Call from H.E. Mrs. Sigrid Berka, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Austria

On June 16, 2026, Mr. Yamada Kenji, State Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, received a courtesy call from H.E. Mrs. Sigrid Berka, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Austria, and the two sides exchanged views on bilateral cooperation and other matters, with a focus on innovation.
At the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on bilateral cooperation, particularly in the fields of innovation and startups, and agreed to continue working toward further deepening bilateral economic relations.
