The 2013 Report on Compliance by Major Trading Partners with Trade Agreements - WTO, FTA/EPAs, BITs- has been adopted on April 22, 2013 by the Subcommittee on Unfair Trade Policies and Measures (Chairman: Mr. Kazunori Ishiguro, Professor at the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics) of the Industrial Structure Council.
In response to the report, METI has released "METI Priorities Based on the 2013 Report on Compliance by Major Trading Partners with Trade Agreements", containing items and related actions deemed to be of a high priority in implementing future trade policies.
