How to open Microsoft Word and Excel if you get an error message on Internet Explorer
When you open Word or Excel files with Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) by selecting "Open" from the Menu, it may sometimes show the following error message.
“Certificate error
The Application experienced an internal error loading the SSL libraries.”
In this case, please download the files by selecting "Save" or "Save As”, and open from there.
We have confirmed that other browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) do not have this problem.
