Overview of the subsidies for temporary-secondment start-ups1:

These subsidies cover part of the costs for "temporary-secondment start-ups" created by human resources at large companies who launch start-ups themselves by raising external funding or using their personal assets, all without leaving the companies they work for. One condition is that the newly established start-up is not a subsidiary of the host company (the host company of the seconded person must not own 20% or more of the start-up's share).
