1. Outline of the recognition program
The Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program is a program established by METI in FY2016 that highlights outstanding large enterprises and SMEs that are implementing health and productivity management, and thereby aims to develop an environment in which such enterprises are able to gain enhanced recognition, e.g., from employees, employment seekers, related enterprises and financial institutions. The Nippon Kenko Kaigi recognizes Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations based on its review of applications sent from enterprises and other organizations, and on the assessment criteria set forth by the Health Investment Working Group of the Healthcare and Medical Care New Industrial Council, a body that holds joint meetings with the Health and Productivity Management Working Group of the Nippon Kenko Kaigi and the Hundred-Thousand Health-Declaration Working Group.
