   Single-click the right mouse button on the name of a file. From the menu, select the command that will save the file and specify the directory to which you want to save the file (e.g. c:\temp\).
2. Open the file
   A dialog box asking you to identify the file type may appear on the screen. Select "comma-delimited" for the file type.
