Overview

The G7 Trade Minister’s Meeting will be held in Sakai, Osaka.

Outcomes of the G7 Trade Minister’s Meeting in Osaka-Sakai

Based on the outcomes of the first meeting (online) in April and the G7 Hiroshima Summit in May, as well as looking ahead to the 13th WTO Ministerial Conference (MC13) scheduled for next February, we will discuss maintaining and strengthening the multilateral trade regime based on free and fair rules and enhancing economic security. On these matters, we will pursue further cooperation among G7 trade ministers and promote global collaboration with partners beyond the G7.
