Production, Shipments decreased, Inventories, Inventory Ratio increased.
According to the Survey of Production Forecast in Manufacturing, Production is expected to increase in April and decrease in May.

Industries that mainly contributed to the increased: 1.Transport equipment (excl. motor vehicles), 2.Pulp, paper and paper products.

Shipments

Industries that mainly contributed to the decreased: 1.Motor vehicles, 2.Production machinery, 3.Iron, steel and Non-ferrous metals, in that order.
Industries that mainly contributed to the increased: 1.Transport equipment (excl. motor vehicles).

Inventories

Industries that mainly contributed to the increased: 1.Motor vehicles, 2.Iron, steel and Non-ferrous metals, 3.Production machinery, in that order.
Industries that mainly contributed to the decreased: 1.Inorganic and organic chemicals, 2.Electronic parts and devices, 3.Fabricated metals, in that order.
